This series of clutch release bearings (models: VKC3649, TKS68-48K, 68SCRN48P, 31230-60150) are specially developed for TOYOTA LANDCRUISER manual transmission systems. They adopt a high-precision matching design to ensure compatibility with the original clutch components. The inner and outer rings of the product are made of high-strength alloy steel (such as SUJ2), which is vacuum quenched and deep carburized. The surface hardness reaches HRC62-65, which effectively improves the wear resistance and load-bearing capacity. The internal rolling elements are made of high-purity chrome steel balls, matched with nylon cages, which can reduce the friction coefficient and energy loss while ensuring the operation accuracy. The bearing adopts a self-aligning structure design, allowing an axial offset of ±1.5°, which can compensate for the installation deviation of the transmission input shaft and the clutch pressure plate to avoid abnormal wear caused by misalignment.
The product integrates a multi-stage sealing protection system: the inner side uses a high-temperature modified nitrile rubber (HNBR) double-lip seal ring that can withstand temperature fluctuations from -40°C to 150°C, and the outer side is equipped with a metal dust cover to effectively block the intrusion of impurities such as dust and mud, ensuring sealing in harsh working conditions such as deserts and muddy ground. The bearing is filled with long-life lithium-based grease, combined with a labyrinth oil storage structure, to achieve a maintenance-free cycle of 300,000 kilometers, significantly reducing user maintenance costs. Through 1 million durability cycle tests (separation frequency 0.3Hz, load 450N, temperature 120°C), its stability under frequent semi-clutch operation is verified. In addition, the dynamic noise of the bearing is controlled below 64dB (A weighting), and with the optimized raceway geometry design, it can reduce the vibration caused by gear shifting shock and improve driving smoothness. The product complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and some models have passed IATF 16949 certification. It is suitable for the full range of TOYOTA LANDCRUISER manual transmission models, especially for the high-load conditions of hard-core off-road versions such as J70 and J100.
