The 1195CST Clutch Release Bearing is a high-precision transmission component designed for clutch actuation systems. Its core material is high-quality high-carbon chromium bearing steel (SUJ2), which undergoes a carburizing and quenching process to enhance surface hardness and mechanical strength, while also enhancing wear and fatigue resistance. This bearing features a double-row angular contact ball structure and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) cage (for low friction), capable of transmitting axial loads and suitable for the high-frequency clutching operations of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles and industrial machinery. Its sealing structure utilizes a double-lip nitrile rubber (NBR) seal, meeting industry standards for protection against external dust, oil, and coolant intrusion, extending product life.
Compatible with various diaphragm spring clutches, the 1195CST conforms to ISO 12042 standard dimensions and is compatible with a wide range of applications, including commercial vehicles, construction machinery (such as loaders and excavators), and agricultural machinery. This product undergoes dynamic balancing and temperature rise testing before shipment, ensuring it avoids abnormal vibration and noise within a wide operating temperature range. It also passes salt spray testing and demonstrates corrosion resistance. During installation, a dedicated guide sleeve is required to control coaxiality errors with the clutch release fork to ensure transmission efficiency and smooth operation.
